Silver Lake Resort Orlando Caribbean ambience offers peace and quiet, and the location is perfect right in the heart of one of the country’s most popular vacation spots. A weekly schedule of on-site activities is centered around the resort’s spectacular heated outdoor pool and gorgeous clubhouse. Families will also have a wonderful time enjoying the video arcade, movie theatre, tennis and basketball court, children’s playground, and fitness room. In addition, a variety of restaurants and shops are a mile away.
What are the units like?
Spacious, air-conditioned one, two and three-bedroom accommodations are perfect for vacationing families or couples enjoying a getaway. One-bedroom units sleep up to four or six, two-bedroom units sleep up to six or eight, and three-bedroom units sleep up to 10. All accommodations come with kitchen facilities that include a microwave, and for added comfort and convenience, some units also feature full kitchens as well as dishwashers and washer/dryers. Some units also have a convection microwave in the unit. Smoking is not allowed inside the units.

Silver Lake Resort Orlando shares its backyard with Walt Disney’s Animal Kingdom and is conveniently situated just two miles west of the Walt Disney World® Resort’s main entrance. When you are not taking in the sites and sounds of Disney, consider going on one of Wild Willy’s Airboat Tours or enjoy a hot air balloon ride courtesy of Orlando Balloon Rides. Visit Old Town for shopping, amusement rides, and live family entertainment.
How do you get there?
The closest airport is Orlando Intl., approx. 20 miles away. From the airport, take the 528 (Beeline) West (toll road) until it ends and exit I-4 west (Tampa/ Attraction Area). Continue on I-4 west to route 192 west (exit 64B). Once on 192 west, stay in the far left lanes until you pass the entrance to Walt Disney World. Continue on 192 to the Forth traffic light. Turn right onto Sherberth Road and make an immediate left onto Black Lake Rd. The resort entrance and security gate will be on the right. **NOTE** The resort does not permit boats, trailers, oversized trucks, recreational vehicles, or campers on the premises.
